We provide guidance and application-preparation assistance. The embassy or relevant authority alone decides whether to issue a visa, how long processing takes and which requirements apply. Approval cannot be guaranteed.

A booking is final only after confirmation and receipt of the required payment. Change, cancellation and refund rules depend on the airline, hotel or other provider. We will explain the available rules before confirmation whenever possible.

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by authorities, transport providers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, although we will help communicate available options.
